Factory calculator

Endfield Factory Calculator

Calculate sustained production chains for Arknights: Endfield. The planner expands targets into recipes, intermediate materials, facility counts, and power usage so you can size a line before building it.

Factory features

What this calculator adds beyond a materials list

A pure materials checklist does not show whether your factory can keep up. This page focuses on machine capacity, sustained throughput, and the energy cost of each plan.

Sustained output planning

Convert a desired item rate into all upstream machines needed to keep that output running.

Power visibility

Facility utilization is multiplied by each facility power value, so the total budget updates with every target change.

Tree and table views

Use tree view for dependency shape and table view for compact totals, recipe overrides, and raw-material toggles.

Loop-aware recipes

Circular chains are detected and solved where the available recipes can be balanced.

Recommended workflow

A simple way to size a production line

Run this loop whenever you are deciding whether to build another line, expand a power block, or treat a material as already supplied by gathering.

  1. 1Choose the final item and set an output rate per minute.
  2. 2Check total power before you place facilities.
  3. 3Open the table view to see which ingredients dominate the chain.
  4. 4Override recipes or mark stocked materials as raw to model your actual base.
  5. 5Use decimal facility counts as utilization, then round up when building.

Facility reference

Facility power values used by the planner

Each production node references one facility type. Power totals are calculated from these values and the number of facilities required for your selected output rate.

FAQ

Factory planning questions

What is the difference between target rate and facility count?

Target rate is how many items per minute you want. Facility count is the calculated machine capacity needed to sustain that target.

Should I round every facility count up?

For continuous output, yes. For occasional crafting, decimal counts are useful because they show how much uptime a facility needs.

Why can two different targets share a facility chain?

The calculator totals requirements across all active targets, so shared ingredients and facilities are counted together.

Need a materials-first view?

Switch to the resource calculator for a compact ingredient checklist.
